We work with a network of clients who offer some of the top practice opportunities in the market. Our recruiters are experts in consulting Fellows and Residents, as well as physicians currently in practice, on their search parameters. We focus on practice climate (malpractice, reimbursement/compensation, managed care issues) as well as what is important to each specific physician, and what their professional and personal goals are. We cover in detail what our client’s expectations are, the geographic area, and everything regarding the practice structure, to make sure they fit with what you are looking for. We do not move forward unless the physician, the recruiter and the client feel we have a solid fit.

Many physicians coming out of training, unfortunately, do not get the consulting they need as to what is most important in securing the right practice for them. We cover all of these aspects so that they do not become the high percentage of physicians who are looking at finding a new practice after only 2-3 years. Out of the hundreds of practices we evaluate, we only engage in about 10% of them, focusing on physician-friendly counties and states.

Again, we are consultants who help in the search process, from evaluating the practice information, to preparing for phone interviews and site visits, to obtaining our main goal….assuring you receive a contract to review. Taking the practice is solely up to you and your family, based on the information you gather. We are looking for highly trained physicians who want to focus on an exceptional quality of practice, and also an excellent quality of life. Our clients provide both, in great communities, and offer compensations that are in the top 75th percentile and above (according to MGMA numbers).
